We are proud to introduce our newly refurbished cottage set within the walls of Coswarth House. The cottage suite has been the subject of a year-long £100k+ refurbishment and the brief was to make it ‘the best cottage in Padstow’. Feedback via all channels has been amazing!

The cottage benefits from a 2-storey open plan living space that includes:

 Lovely views across the Camel Estuary

 A luxury bathroom with a roll-top bath and a 2 -person walk in electronically controlled shower with independent heads

Luxury bedding and towels

A luxury kitchen / lounge with a Rangemaster cooker (The kitchen is equipped with a full range of accessories incuding Alessi kettle and Smeg toaster)

An additional sofa bed in the lounge area

A beautiful bedroom with a four poster bed and views to the night sky through the open loft space that exposes all of the original beams and trusses. It also has views across the estuary

An oak staircase with glass and stainless steel balustrade

Internet ready TVs with full connectivity to your mobile devices

Use of the Coswarth House garden (but sorry, no dogs in the main garden)

Our B&B guests in the cottage suite benefit from breakfast at Rick Stein's Seafood Restaurant.This is an excellent experience and a wonderful way to start your day. 

There is no parking for the Cottage Suite however there is ample on-street parking in the immediate vicinity.

The cottage will accommodate a small dog. Dogs are subject to a supplement of £50 per stay.

Please note that dogs are not allowed on the furniture or in the upstairs bedroom. We do provide French linen sheets to protect the furniture.

The Cottage is subject to a minimum of 2 night stays (3 nights in peak season / special events)

We have included a very comfortable sofa bed in the downstairs living area.

The open plan nature of the accommodation makes it unsuitable for 2 couples as privacy is not an option!

Where the second bed is used and occupied by either 1 or 2 people we will charge a supplement of £60 per person per night. 

We will obviously clean the cottage between stays, however, we ask that the cooker and kitchen equipment, if used, are left in the condition in which it is found and all trays lined with foil prior to departure. Dirty crockery and cutlery should be placed in the dishwasher.

During your stay, you will have the option to retain your privacy or have a daily cleaning service.

Please also note: The Cottage has been refurbished to an exceptionally high standard so we regret to inform our potential guests that all damages must be paid for. By entering into a contract with us you also enter into an arrangement whereby the cost of all damages will be reimbursed to the owners.
